[Jareth's Realm][Humor][Worship the pants!]

November 11, 2000: I was really bored today, so I decided to make a parody to one of my favorite religious songs, "Lord of the Dance." I've been writing song parodies for decades, so I figure it's time that I aimed one at the Goblin King.

Read my other parody of the entire movie here.

I don a pair of pants when the day is still young,
And every single hour I wear a different one.
My closet is filled with rows and rows of tights.
To vogue about in them is the greatest of delights.

Chorus
Pants, pants, as tight as they can be.
I am the Lord of the Pants, you see.
I dance and I prance so everyone can see
The bulge in my pants that's as big as can be.

I danced for Sarah, and I sang her a song,
And the power in my pants grew big and firm and strong.
I sang about love, and I sang about romance.
Most of all, I sang about the magic of my pants.

Chorus

But Sarah said, "This whole scene is a mess.
You're cocky. You're vain. I can't stand this ball dress.
I'm leaving La-La Land and finding some romance
Where I have the power and where I wear the pants."

Chorus

Sarah said no to my pants, and I flew away high,
But the power in my pants will never, ever die.
I'll live your your pants if you live in me,
For I am the Lord of the Pants, you see.

Chorus
